Infiniti Telecommunications announced that it has received Avaya’s (News - Alert) inaugural Small to Medium Enterprise Partner of the Year award which was revealed at Avaya’s recent APAC sales conference.

Avaya is a global provider of telephone and IP PBX (News - Alert) systems which are now affordable for every business. Irrespective of number of employees in a firm, whether it is three or 300, their communication purposes will be satisfied by Avaya IP500 PBX phone systems, said officials.

Infiniti has grown from a single site office in Melbourne to having offices all over Australia in just five years. The company serves small to medium enterprises besides deploying systems at several sites belonging to major enterprises in Australia.

According to officials, Infiniti was able to advance well beyond Avaya phone system partners from all over the region. Infiniti grabbed the honors racing ahead of other Australian and New Zealand partners besides also those in emerging economies like China and India.

In a release, Troy Bowen, Managing Director of Infiniti stated that Infiniti was able to win owing to its strong online marketing strategy that focuses on search engine optimization. Also the company’s sales initiatives are made to suit specialized verticals.
