WPCS International (News - Alert) Incorporated, provider of design-build engineering solutions for communications infrastructure implementations within the healthcare, energy, and public services segments, announced multiple new contracts amounting to funding of $9.9 million for projects across the U.S., Australia and in China. The design-build engineering company will extend its engineering services to projects that span utility agencies, hospitals, and educational institutions in these regions.

Within the U.S, WPCS will be working on a number of new projects that include completing work for the University of California Davis, University of Connecticut, University of Massachusetts, The Los Medanos College, Sutter Health, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Enfield Police Department, Toms River Police Department, Milford Police Department, Mashantucket Pequot Tribe, National Grid, Duquesne Light, Avon Water Company, and Constellation Energy. It will also work on completing projects for the Peoples Natural Gas, Taubman Centers, Columbia Soil & Water Conservation District, Siemens, and for Kiewit Corporation.

The company's project work in Australia includes contracts with the Toowoomba Base Hospital, Roma Hospital, and Nambour General Hospital in addition to the Mackay (News - Alert) Police Station and the Loganlea Department of Disability Services. Further expanding its global presence, WPCS was also awarded new contracts for the Taishan Ganghua Gas Company and Changhu Gas Company in China.
