Veridian Solutions Collaborates with EnterpriseWizard as Reseller

A joint partnership with Veridian Solutions has been announced by EnterpriseWizard (News - Alert) Inc. The two companies will now jointly market products and services. Veridian Solutions is a top business service provider in the industry and is located in Sydney, Australia. EnterpriseWizard is a provider of adaptive web-based business process management solutions.



A variety of business software applications were needed by the growing customer base of Veridian. As these requests grew, the company approached EnterpriseWizard and carried out a thorough evaluation. The robust capabilities of EnterpriseWizard’s product impressed Veridian. Apart from reselling EnterpriseWizard products, Veridian has also started an internal implementation of EnterpriseWizard.

In a release, Colin Earl, CEO of EnterpriseWizard said, “We are delighted to partner with Veridian. They have proven expertise and a first rate reputation for addressing the customer’s needs when implementing Document Management, Customer Service, ITIL and CRM. We are looking forward to expanding our presence in the Australian marketplace with such a well-respected service provider.”

According to Jason Hewett, general manager at Veridian, continually looking for ways to improve all the offered services is the overall mission of Veridian. The company will be able to offer an incredibly adaptive business software environment with the partnership with EnterpriseWizard. The challenging and complex requirements of the clients will therefore be better met.

Hewett said, “Our vision is to be the service provider of choice for Australian companies looking to maximize their ROI, everything from pure performance appraisals to wide-ranging redesigns that incorporate complex new technologies such as back-office systems integrations. To accomplish this goal, we have to set ourselves apart in their eyes as offering the absolute best solutions to their problems.”

According to Hewett, more than a one-size-fits-all approach to customer service and CRM was needed by one Veridian customer.  The type of flexible data model required by this customer, who is a top financier of healthcare spending, was provided by EnterpriseWizard. An important step in reaching the company’s goals is to be able to offer the EnterpriseWizard product suite. Veridian is looking forward to similar successes in the future.
