The Sydney, Australia based provider of feature rich VoIP business phone solutions for small businesses, iVoice, recently unveiled its new brand identity. A new website has been launched as a part of this re-branding initiative. In a press release, the company maintained that the new website is richer and dramatically simpler than the previous one. The new website will help give businesses the knowledge and flexibility they need to grow their business, IVoice noted in the release.

In designing the new website, emphasis was on ensuring that it is accurately connected to the iVoice internal sales and business divisions, so that the prospective customers can clearly understand how, each specialized division can meet the unique needs of the small and small-medium sized business.

“Our mantra at iVoice is to keep communications simple. Different size businesses have different challenges, but irrespective of those challenges, we want to take away their communication infrastructure confusion by providing a very flexible and scalable cloud-based communication solution that isn’t a financial or maintenance burden,” iVoice managing director Greg De Laine elaborated in a press release.

The new website also offers a lot of customer-friendly features, including a new blog, offering updated advice and guidance, industry education articles and case studies. The new website is iVoice’s central home for all of its digital communication channels, including Facebook (News - Alert) and Twitter.

This is not all; iVoice is already gearing up for the release of version 2 of the website, which is going to incorporate more new features and customer focused tools, De Laine revealed in the release.

iVoice USA, a provider of contact center outsourcing solutions and award-winning interactive technology solutions, announced today that it has changed its name to Conexion One. The new name change is effective immediately and draws upon the company's strategic commitment to business process outsourcing and interactive technologies.
