New Zealand : CONVERSANT introduces broadband service for cloud communications [TendersInfo (India)]

(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Conversant announced the introduction of a broadband service, dubbed as C-Net allowing its customers to take advantage of VoIP.

The company explains that C-Net is a business-grade broadband service optimized for operating a voice service over and is available now to all Conversant hosted PABX customers.

C-Net is available across New Zealand on ADSL, VDSL and fibre connections, including UFB connections supplied by Chorus, Enable Networks and Ultrafast Fibre.

Managing director Cameron Beattie said, Launching C-Net is part of Conversant s philosophy to make the move to cloud communications, such as VoIP and a hosted PABX, as seamless as possible for its customers. Having a single provider for both their cloud communications and broadband services reduces complexity for our customers, since they only have to deal with one organisation for these essential services.

Beattie said, We are able to provide holistic support for both services. This enables us to remotely diagnose and address any network issues, which may affect our customers voice services.
