Sennheiser to Conduct First Regional Demonstrations of TeamConnect and ADN-W Audio Conferencing Solutions at InfoComm MEA 2014 [Mid-East.Info]

(Mid-East.Info Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Sennheiser TeamConnect Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Sennheiser is set to conduct the first live demonstrations in the Middle East of its recently launched TeamConnect and ADN-W audio conferencing systems at InfoComm MEA 2014, to be held at the Dubai World Trade Center and taking place in parallel with GITEX Technology Week 2014 between 13 to 16 October, 2014. The company is participating together with its professional audio distributor, Venuetech, and will highlight its range of audio solutions that are increasingly being utilized by the education and hospitality sectors for conferencing and translation applications.

Mig Cardamone Sales and Marketing Manager Sennheiser Middle East "InfoComm MEA provides a platform for us to launch new products and showcase our latest range of audio solutions in the field of sound reinforcement, conference systems and visitor guidance systems," said Mig Cardamone, Director of Sales and Marketing at Sennheiser Middle East. "Also the convergence of audio systems with IT networks is a trend that we are keen to explore. As the exhibition is concurrent with GITEX, it will allow us to engage with the region’s leading IT decision makers and help us understand how businesses in the Middle East aim to achieve this convergence." Sennheiser’s TeamConnect all-in-one audio conference solution for conference rooms enables stress-free meetings in a small-to-medium scale corporate setting. It allows AV partners to position themselves as a one-stop-shop, as components such as the microphone, central unit with Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and control and the loudspeakers are conveniently packaged into a single compact and well-designed system. In its first display of the solution in the Middle East, Sennheiser will demonstrate a fully operational TeamConnect system, while showcasing the ability to integrate it with multiple devices, such as PC, tablet, mobile phone and traditional land line.

Also for the first time in the region, the audio specialist will demo its new ADN-W wireless conferencing system. ADN-W expands on the success of Sennheiser’s highly popular ADN conferencing solution by adding the freedom and flexibility of wireless connectivity, as well as detachable and configurable gooseneck microphones. The system utilizes the same Central Unit across both wired and wireless ranges, allowing customers to mix units within the same conference. "This is particularly useful for hospitality and rental applications," said Cardamone, who also added that the company will provide free software updates, thus reducing maintenance and guaranteeing future-proofing. Although launched only in August 2014, the system is enjoying a great deal of success and is already being utilized in large scale installations in Qatar and Kuwait.

Commenting on his company’s focus on conferencing solutions at InfoComm MEA 2014 Cardamone said, "Last year we saw a significant amount of our business come through this segment, with education and hospitality being the main vertical markets driving uptake. Given the growing need for collaboration and the increasing usage of technology to facilitate corporate communications, we are sure of an even stronger growth in the coming months." Sennheiser will also showcase the LSP 500 PRO hassle-free wireless integrated professional audio system, its new fixed-installation wired microphone solutions and its range of wireless microphones designed and targeted for the install market.

This is the third consecutive year that Sennheiser is particpating at InfoComm MEA, together with its partner Venuetech. As one of the company’s main regional partners, Venuetech has been able to add value by providing customers with integrated solutions that combine Sennehiser’s market-leading audio solutions with technologies from complimentary brands within its portfolio. Top regional executives from both companies will be present at the shared stand, TA-E1.
