He specializes in organizational development, strategic joint ventures, acquisition deal structuring, international development and high tech business structuring. He was also instructed by Philips (News - Alert) in the best practices of senior management. A graduate of the University of London's King's College, Wanless holds an honors degree in physics and resides in Australia.
